PRE-ORDER: Charismatic frontman and songwriter Eugene Hütz blends post-punk textures and aggro with free-wheeling gypsy-punk along with bandmates Gogol Bordello in their 2026 long release, We Mean It, Man!
Produced by Nick Launay (Gang of Four, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Idles) and Adam Atom Greenspan (Nick Cave, Idles, Flogging Molly), the result is twelve punchy and hook-laden songs.
The title track, We Mean It, Man! is all pile-driving punk intensity which crescendoes into no-wave sax skronk. No Time For Idiots is a Strummer/Jones-esque riff-punk with a giant chorus payoff. Life Is Possible Again voices an optimism against the dread of the Ukraine war. Solidarity features New Order's Bernard Sumner on the Angelic Upstarts’ Solidarność-punk anthem, updated to address the Ukraine war effort.

“This album brings all original inspirations of Gogol Bordello together more than any other: punk, hardcore, synth punk, Gypsy music. I never saw them as separate cookie jars – we are cross-pollinators. I conceived the idea of this album as a collaboration with one of my favorite producers of all time, Nick Launay. After meeting Nick at a party some years ago we knew we were gonna make a record together, it was just a matter of time.
