DELIVERY POLICY

All Oi Oi The Shop orders are processed within three business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you do not see an email please check your spam folder.

We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has shipped. If you need any assistance with your order please contact us at mail@oioitheshop.co.uk.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address we will refund the original order excluding the shipping fee plus any possible custom charges and ask that you re-submit your order.

All deliveries, whether within the UK, Europe or international will be sent via our postal partners Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes or pack stations. 

UK Delivery
UK orders are dispatched with Royal Mail Signed For 48 hour service at a flat rate of £4.95. Please bear this in mind when inputting the address at the time of order as a signature is required upon delivery. 

European + International Delivery
All European deliveries are posted at a flat rate of £11.95.
All rest of world international deliveries are posted at a flat rate of £19.95.
Once an order has been dispatched you will receive a notification via email including a tracking URL and code enabling you to track the progress of your package.

Customs Fees
All orders placed outside the UK are subject to import duties and customs fees, payable by the addressee before delivery in the destination country.

Please note that delivery timelines are approximate. European and international parcels are subject to customs checks in the destination country.

Some countries do not offer tracked service so signed for service or priority business service will be used instead.

Collect In-store
We offer a free click and collect service at our store in the Stables Market, Camden. After placing your order online and selecting local pickup at checkout your order will be prepared. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection. Orders can be picked up during our normal store opening hours 11am-6pm Wednesday to Sunday and within one month of the order date. Please bring your order confirmation email and a form of ID (a bank card will suffice).

Please note that you may experience minor delays at certain times due to postal and/or customs delays or circumstances beyond our control. Oi Oi The Shop is not responsible for such delays. We advise ordering early when purchasing Christmas gifts as December is a particularly busy period and delays can occur when parcels are in transit.
