GIFT CARD TERMS + CONDITIONS
- These terms and conditions apply to Oi Oi The Shop e-gift cards purchased via our website oioitheshop.co.uk.
- By purchasing Oi Oi The Shop e-gift cards you accept the terms and conditions. Oi Oi The Shop reserves the right to interpret, modify or terminate the terms and conditions without notice. The most recent terms and conditions will always be posted at oioitheshop.co.uk .
- Oi Oi The Shop e-gift cards are sold in denominations of £20, £25, £30, £50, £75, £100, £150, £200, £250.
- Our e-gift cards can be used on our website only. Physical gift cards can be purchased in person at our Camden store. Email sales@oioitheshop.co.uk with requests for them to be posted.
- Unwanted e-gift cards cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
- E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase another e-gift card.
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. At the expiry of the validity period the e-gift card cannot be used for purchase and any unused remaining value cannot be refunded.
- Oi Oi The Shop cannot be held liable for e-gift cards which are lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged. Treat your e-gift card as cash.
- If your purchase online is not completely covered by our e-gift card you will be prompted to use an additional payment method to complete the purchase.
- A returned item can only be exchanged and not refunded if bought using a gift card. However any additional monies paid over the gift card amount will be refunded and a new gift card issued for the original amount. The expiry date on this new gift card will match the expiry date on the original one.
- The e-gift card is not a physical product. The e-gift card will be sent to the purchaser’s email address immediately after the purchase is complete. The purchaser must then either print or send the e-gift card email confirmation to the recipient.
- If you order an Oi Oi The Shop e-gift card you are obligated to provide a correct email address for delivery. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed Oi Oi The Shop reserves the right to withhold the delivery of the e-gift cards.
