Oi Oi The Shop understand that occasionally you may wish to change your mind about your purchase.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 working days from the day you receive your goods to request an exchange or refund on your order. After these 14 days you have a further 14 days to return your items to us. You must let us know in writing by email to stating your wish to either exchange or receive a refund ensuring you quote the order number in all correspondence.

When returning an item you may therefore do so within 28 days after delivery for an exchange or refund as required. Please note we are only able to exchange an item for the same style and same size subject to availability. Goods returned must be unworn, in a saleable condition with all tags attached and a valid proof of purchase. Oi Oi The Shop reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.  

The exchange or refund will be processed within 14 working days* of us receiving your parcel. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for your account to be credited as each bank’s processing times vary. We do not have any control over this part of the process. Any fees that we incurred in the original payment of your order will be deducted from the refund as will the postage charge. We are not liable for, and cannot take any responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Please note we cannot offer cash refunds for online purchases. You will be refunded to the same debit/credit card or PayPal account that was used for payment at

Faulty Items

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged we will be happy to refund the costs incurred in sending it back to us. An item will only be deemed faulty if it has been received damaged, for example when a fault has occurred in manufacturing. A refund will be issued once the returned item is received by us and we confirm there is a genuine fault with it. Otherwise you will be responsible for these charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are deemed damaged due to general wear and tear will not be considered faulty and therefore not eligible for an exchange or refund. In the interest of hygiene any intimate items are not eligible for exchange or refund. When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure that make-up, perfume or aftershave do not leave stains or scents on the garment. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where these instructions have not been followed.

E-gift cards are not returnable.

In-Store Returns

If you wish to return your online order in-store please bring the following documentation with you along with your item – packing sheet included with your order, our email confirmation stating the order and payment details, proof of your identity (bank card will suffice) and the card with which you made payment. All of these must correspond to the billing address.

If you received the item as a gift you will only be able to exchange your online purchase in store. Please bring the packing sheet included with your order and proof of your identity, which must match the delivery address. You will only be able to exchange your item for the same price or higher (and pay the difference). No money can be refunded to you. If you are unable to present your delivery and returns note and proof of your ID/address, you will only be able to exchange your item to the current selling price or higher (and pay the difference). You will not receive money back if you choose to exchange for a lower priced item.

Postal Returns

Once prior correspondence has been made in writing to in relation to your requested exchange or refund you may return the item to the below returns address. Please enclose the packing sheet from your original order inside the parcel explaining the reason for return and stating exactly whether you require a refund or exchange. Return the secured package to Oi Oi The Shop via the post office preferably with a proof of posting certificate as we will not accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please do not use a courier service as your parcel could become stuck in customs and we are not responsible for any such fees incurred.

For UK returns we recommend recorded delivery. We are not responsible for the cost of this. For returning items from outside the EU please ensure that the customs form is attached to the outside of the parcel and is clearly marked with either ‘refund’ or ‘exchange’. All parcels must be securely packaged with all tags and original packaging intact.

Postal Fee Charge

If you are returning products for a refund and your original order qualified for free delivery, the standard postage fee for your country will be deducted from the refund amount.
